Photorejuvenation
About Face and Skin's specialty is IPL therapy - also known as photorejuvenation or a "photofacial". Using high-intensity pulses of light, it non-invasively treats blemished, sun-damaged or aged skin. It’s especially beneficial for clients who can’t afford the long recovery time of invasive procedures.
IPL skin treatments
Unlike regular lasers, IPL systems can emit the full spectrum of light. By equipping a filter, they can produce a light that combats specific substances within the skin - like the bacteria that causes acne, the hemoglobin that causes redness, or the melanin that causes dark spots.
Laser hair removal
Using a red-light applicator, IPL systems can heat and disable active hair follicles, allowing them to remove unwanted hair.
